Stillwater Massage is owned by Holly Jackson, a multi-modality master massage therapist and instructor. As Holly expanded her business to include additional practitioners, she brought me on to lead brand management. Together, we developed a strategic approach to attract and retain local clients from Seattle’s inclusive and highly sought-after Seward Park neighborhood, positioning Stillwater as a trusted, community-centered wellness brand.
DIGITAL MARKETING SUCCESS
I collaborated with the owners and their digital marketing team to design and implement a targeted paid Facebook advertising campaign. For a year prior, Stillwater had focused primarily on building an organic social following, an effort that, while well-intentioned, wasn’t translating into revenue growth. By introducing a data-informed digital ad strategy supported by strong creative execution, we were able to double Stillwater’s business in just four months and fully book the schedules of all five massage therapists.

Once new clients began flowing in, I developed a cohesive suite of marketing materials to support ongoing brand management and customer engagement, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforced Stillwater’s refreshed brand identity and elevated their professional presence.

Stillwater chose to work with me on a retainer basis, allowing us to develop larger marketing assets over time while maintaining creative consistency. This approach enabled the owner and staff to focus on their core responsibilities, review creative work thoughtfully, and make refinements on a comfortable schedule. Through this ongoing partnership, I designed a six-panel brochure that strategically and succinctly addressed the most frequently asked client questions. With this tool in place, Stillwater’s practitioners now spend less time explaining and more time doing what they do best—providing exceptional massage therapy experiences.
With regular website maintenance, I kept Stillwater’s site current, optimized, and aligned with new promotions, creating fresh digital assets that supported visibility, engagement, and ongoing business growth.
Web changes are also updated on mobile, accommodating the many inquiries from successful Facebook advertising.
